The last review is dead on. The staff is VERY rude and condecending. They talk down to residents and are very inflexible. Nothing EVER works. I have lived there for over a year, and the the place boasted a spa. Yah right, it has never worked once the entire time i've bene there and last month they covered it and put a grill there. The pool is always closed and the staff will yell at you for even being close to it. The Laundry facilities- only 4 washers and dryers and its a lottery figuring out which one will actually work. You have to watch the washers or they will stop mid cycle and soak your clothes with dirty water. The dryers take about 3 times to fully dry a small load.

The buildings are old and sound travels terribly. I live in the middle apartment and the downstairs complain about my noise (i never have parties, play music, or jump around) and the upstairs tenants sound like they are holding a wrestling match everytime they walk across the floor.

water- my toilet was broken for for months and i requested 4 times to have it fixed. everytime they "fixed" it it still ran, so for the month of May i had a $90 water & Sewer bill!

the worst part without a doubt is the staff. They take out their hatred of their jobs on the residents and treat them like they are misbehaved children. Whenever we have to go in for a package to request maintenance, we are treated with sideway glances and sighs. Never a friendly "hello" or "welcome!". I always feel like whatever my question is a huge inconvenience. It is SO bad! Latisse and Natalie are never polite or courteous and the worst property managers i have ever dealt with. I will never again rent from a corporate place and from now on will deal with a private property manager. These people are ridiculous.

Gates never work by the way, so safety' Yah right. The Tennis courts always have glass all over them, and the basketball hoop is broken.

Please do not rent from this place, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

It is unfortunate that you feel that way. I have lived here for 15 years, and this is the greatest place ever. The management team has been nothing but nice to me and they are very helpful. I have seen people be nasty and ugly to them, and they are still helpful. They done a great job with the improvements. The community looks better than it's looked in years. Maybe this is just not the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere that is cozy, and nice for a good price , you should come here.

i have lived her 3 mnths and cant wait to get out. The walls are so thin i can hear the people upstairs conversation, every move they make, when they shut a door run water or even drop the soap. It is poor maintenance my fridge never work and has spiled all my food.the people upstairs toilet overflowed and leaked into my bathroom floor and cause my 2 year old to fall. its very small.2 closets in thw whole apartment and small btrms.stay away from here
