Maintenance never comes unless you bug them for about a week.
Heaven forbid you should have problems with your heater/ac. They make you feel like it's your problem not theirs.
High High High High Power Bills!!!!!!
No No No No insulation. You could heat your apartment to 90 degrees (especially on the bottom floor) and still feel a draft flowing up from your carpet.
Water Damage anywhere water is near (sink, tub, ceiling, walls, carpet.... need I continue')
If you live underneath anyone besides an old abstinent man/woman you will have problems with noise. After the first 3 months of complaints, I gave up. The walls, ceilings and floor are so poorly insulated, you can hear a conversation at normal level. You can hear the TV, music, and even passionate love-making-- who needs a night at the movies with this kind of excitement'
These apartments are falling apart from the inside out.
Bugs crawl out of crevices you didn't know existed! Beware exiting your apartment. When the lights (sensors) actually work, you will walk into scattering roaches and spiders at any given time.

Never had a high powerbill. Learn to turn off your TV and computer.

Has constant high power bills, even with turning off all lights while gone, not using the heater in the dead of winter. Oh yea, and not leaving the television on, although the television uses such a negligent amount of power that I doubt it's the sole reason behind a $150 dollar power bill.
