This place used to be nice...(and I emphasize USED to be), until a few months ago, where it seems like they have no control of who they let rent and what goes on. If you complain about something, it will not get done, and they will be wishy-washy about it. Some neighbors are nice but some of them barely speak english. If you must rent here, beware of car stereos
in pimped out Honda Civics or any other souped up car, dogs running wild without a leash, kids also running wild just waiting to get run over and noise problems from nearby neighbors. In fact last weekend I was almost bitten by a Rottweiler that was running wild. I was just doing my laundry....I don't even feel safe walking to the laundry center! Our neighbors diagonal from us don?t speak english, blare their stereo w/ the bass cranked up, and they do not know how to turn it down! We must have called the cops on them at least 7 times in the past few months. Also we have had 2 carjackings and a shooting here within the past 6 months....and a burglary at the Exxon station just north of El Casa de Heatherwood just yesterday!!! This area was once nice now it?s turning into a third-world country refuge it seems. Read Providence Square's review too....it's just as bad over there. I'm surprised nothing happens at the low-income housing across the street! Even The Arboretum shopping center is getting strange....I've had a creepy-disturbing guy almost stalk me on a bus when I was talking it to go home, and some grungy people hangout there too. I do not feel safe walking out to get my mail when I come home late at night or even walking up to my door. Rent at your own risk...but be prepared to be not listened to by the management or any of your neighbors. You do NOT get what you paid for with this hell hole that they call an apartment community, in fact you get screwed. This place sucks, and it's the worst place me or my fianc? have EVER lived. DO NOT RENT HERE.....EVER!!! Don?t say I didn't warn you. You?ll be sorry that you rented here, you'll want to break your lease within a month, trust me...if you do so at your own risk.

You are so right and truthful. I see the previous response was written by someone from the Suckerwood office staff because everybody who rents hates it here.
