As I stated above, they write off all their mistakes to a change in management and sware they are pulling it together....yet don't turn your back....they've already got their knives out. After broken appliances, food going bad for four months because a fridge was constantly on the fritz....unreliable laundry facilities....POORLY made and designed cellings and walls....I've had it....
oh! but did you know...if they loose or mis-record your paperwork....YOUR THE ONE WHO PAYS! mmm....and constant bugs....even with my cat killing them every chance he gets.

I've never had them say anything about a change in management in the almost 2 years I've lived here. And why not call their parent company Colonial?
