I moved here about 2 years ago from out of state. The first year was fine, in fact I upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Thats when it all went down hill. A couple of months after I moved the management changed. A couple of months after that my bottom level apartment started to have very visible water damage. So I did what any renter would do and called maintenance. In fact I called them at least twice a week for over a month with no response. Them the mildew started. So then I went in to discuss the problem with no help. So then goes another 2-3 weeks and then I saw it. MOLD. Now dont tell the office that. The management was very rude and even said that I dont even no what mold looks like. And that when maintenace was there thay didnt see any mold. Well thats when they ripped out a 5sq.ft hole in my ceiling. By the way I asked the contractors that put the hole in my ceiling if there was any sign of mold....yup. Well now my lease is up in Sept. and with two more visits to the office and a week later I am still sitting with a gaping, dripping, "mildewy" hole in my ceiling. With that I will spare you with the other problems...

Former resident here..interesting coming back to read this for fun, since we have been out of there just over a year. They changed management staff yet again!! We were there for three years and they changed the management staff FOUR times! It's no wonder NOTHING gets done in terms of maintenance or getting rid of problem tenants. Lots of good mojo for ya, Matt G. |
