I was the one to be blamed when I signed the contract, it was 13 months instead of 12 months. Don't assume this place will practice as normal. Moved out 3 motnh ago, got a water bill $90...who was using my water the last three months''' There was no leak as I remembered. Seems like, they are practicing some kind of scamming game. I pretty sure, I cleaned everything...kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms...however, still got a mail claimed I owned they $500 clean/preparation fee. I think this is too far...I will pay seven years after. The management is running a huge scam on their residents, the biggest being the rent. I paid $650 a month for rent, while my felon neighbor paid $50 dollars a month, because guess what, heatherwood is public housing, as is providence square. That is something they don't mention to prospective residents on their apartment tour.

Your a danm fool Heather is NOT public housing nor do they have section 8. You r " neighbor " just didn't pay the other 600. and chances are he or she got kicked out.

No it is true it is section 8 and it is a ---- hole. Lots of crime. Apt's falling apart and no one cares. Stench in the apt's. and nothing works. Oh and the laundry room... don't bother, it looks like a trash dump.
