I moved in October 2007, and I thought it was okay, I lived in Heatherwood before in one of the bigger apartments, and loved it, most likely because management changed, but I'm on my own now, and paying $710 for a 2 bed 2 bath 900 sq. ft. apartment, and I hate it. I recently got my door kicked down by someone trying to rob my home, if it wasn't for my boyfried, they would've had everything. That happened December 21, 2007, and they have yet to fix my door and frame. I have a 2 yr old daughter, and two more on the way, and I'm having a lot of maintenance issues with them, my dishwasher doesn't work, and haven't been working properly since I moved in, and they have yet to fix it, I'm really getting tired of their customer service, and I'm paying way too much for this small apartment. The service sucks, the apartment sucks and the maintenance sucks. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone, if you do decide to, beware of the incompetent staff, and lazy maintenance. Also be aware that there may be critters crawling thru your wall, I've been having the issue for 2 months, and no one has come out since, I'm thinking about breaking my lease, and not giving a care about it.
