There is nothing positive about this dump, it is a crime magnet because management does nothing about it. Even in repeated cases of domestic violent they do not evict. My lease is up in 3 months and I am already looking for a decent place to live because this is not it. Plus, they force you to take cable which is against the law. The exercise room is in the most dangerous part of the property so many tenants will not use it, especially at night. The laundry rooms are very dirty, the machines are usually broken, rarely is there hot water and they charge $1.50 a load - so I have to drive to a public laundromat. Many of the tenants look dangerous and weird. There is all sorts of crime. Heat-a/c is unreliable. My roof leaks and faucets. Some tenants have broken toilets that never seem to get fixed. Rents are high for this bug and mold infested dry rot flop house that should have been torn down years ago as a health hazard.
