Latest drama in heatherhood: helicopters circling...place all roped off...fire trucks thank god it was just cat litter and not a real meth lab THIS TIME! but wow what a scare! I bet the office staff was frantic on this one. or should have been! Maybe this should be a wake up call for you office people!! Who knows they probably dont give a ----. By the way everyone with kids do you realize we happen to have a sex offender who lives next door to us' Check him out off of http://www.familywatchdog.us/ You better have his face memorized because he could be walking through the neighborhood stalking our kids. Amen to that! Even though there are many horrible crimes committed at the heatherhood the manager, Dawn, will not hire security and says it is not necessary. As you have already guessed Dawn, nor none of the office staff for that matter, live in the heatherhood crime rats' nest even though they make their money off it. Plus, the Charlotte police are as worthless as they come so don't count on them for anything. Heatherhood should give each new tenant a loaded gun as a welcome gift.

Even Providence Square has a higher rating (38%) than the HeatherDump who has turns this end of town into a dangerous sleazy ghetto.

Its sleezt residents that turn apartment complexes into bad places to live. The office staff has nothing to do with that. They have no control over what people live here as long as they met the credit qualifications and pass a back ground check. If any of you knew anything about real estate you would know that there are laws to keep everything fair for everyone.

I agree with the last comment! It's not the office staffs fault for people making stupid decisions! I felt that the office staff made the right decision to call the police and have them check it out to see if it was a meth lab. Dont you think that if the office staff didnt care they wouldnt have called the police?? That they would have just let the meth lab stay???

They don't even do criminal background checks!!!! We knew one of the girls who worked there at one point and quit because of all the problems and she even told us that you get charged for it with the application fee but they don't even run it! They only run your credit!
