I have lived here for a few months now and I think its nice for the money. Yes there may be some break ins, but that has to do with the economy not the property. Everywhere in Charlotte has high crime right now. The office staff is always nice to me when I have a propblem. The maintenace staff has fixed all my propblems in a timely manner. I think the property is very clean and I like living here. My neighbors have also commented to me that the office staff is doing a great job with resident functions and with working with the CMPD. I think the main propblem here is just the stupidity of the residents who believe everything they here.

Okay, Seriously, Its not stupidity. This stuff has actually happened to us. I am not making up any of the incidents that have occurred to us. I have had police knock at my door late at night. I've been warned to stay in my home and lock the doors. I have heard gun fire. People have been killed recently in this complex... read the damn police reports, watch the news! We were friends with the people that lived below us. We were home one the masked guys jacked her Honda civic from the parking lot. I have heard screaming and fighting late at night. I've lived in apartment complexes in worse places and felt safer. And the lady handling her lease was murdered by her ex just before we moved in. And the office staff confirmed this. No one is making up anything. You must be blind and stupid if you think other wise. Just you wait till your car windows get smashed in. You'll see. Crime rates are certainly higher every where but the crime level here has always existed. Either that or your the stupid office manager desperately trying to smooth things over! Get a life you putz! People should know what they are in for!

Yes this is definantly the office staff making a desperate attemt to make their score higher! There has been things going on there for 4 years now, I know I used to live there and was VERY good friends with an ex employee who left BECAUSE of the safety issues. They got tired of being cussed and threatened for nothing. As soon as they told me what was ACTUALLY going on here, I got the HELL out! I know people that doors were kicked in, drug dealers and sex offenders that LIVE there! There was also a guy who tried to commit suicide by cop AS the SCHOOL buses were letting the kids off for the day! They may have put some paint on the buildings and may have new trash compactors but nothing has changed. Why dont you ask the residents how long it took to get their new mailbox station?!?!? They had to go to the post office for a minimum of 6 months because Colonial couldnt get the freaking permit or whatever! It was a different excuse EVERYTIME!!!! You move here, you may have cheap rent but WATCH YOUR BACK!
