Heatherwood

 

I have lived in Heatherwood for over a year and things were okay for the first year.

There were a couple of times when I called for maintence and didn't get anyone for days.

But I lived with it.

Then after I resigned my lease....BAM! Everything went further downhill.

All of a sudden I had to pay the rent before the 5th of the PRESENT month.

I lived here for a year and that was never the case.

So I owed them 500 dollars for the present month.

Then I had a water bill (yes you pay for the water) that was 110.00! I live by myself in a two bedroom apt and work 9 hours a day.

When I complained it took MONTHS for Heatherwoods leasing staff and the water company AUM to credit my account.

Some of the staff is ok (20 year olds who probably barley graduated high school) and the older ladies are very disgusting.

Oh yeah and Heatherwood is loaded with bugs of all sorts...ie it's in the WOODS!! DONT DO IT...Dont sign!
