Do you prospective residents get the title above' Do you want to deal with thug residents who are looking for their first chance to steal, kill or rape and silly,false, superficial staff who do not give a crap when you are assaulted, broken into, harrassed or worse' THINK LONG AND HARD ABOUT THIS APT COMMUNITY-YOUR LIFE IS AT STAKE.

A heatherwood leasing agent was murdered by a guy she rented an apartment to. Heatherwood is horrible and very dangerous. They don't do any criminal background checks so you don't know how dangerous your neighbor is.

Heatherwood should be held for the actions of some psychopath who murders his girlfriend and then holds their kid hostage right?
Makes perfect sense.
It also makes perfect sense to move here and make sure you befriend the 4 retards who live together in one apartement and get drunk every weekend. Then when you lend them your car and they joy ride in it and return it smashed, or when you decide that getting pissed drunk with them and joining in a weekend melley is great fun.....until it's your turn to get YOUR a** kicked or wake up with your shirt on backwards, well then,-THEN- you can post a comment that Heatherwood is full of rapists and murderers.
