This place is a joke! When I first moved in here there was a really bad thunderstorm, since my apt is below street level the sewer backed up into my apartment through the bathtub and through where the water heater is located. What happened when you call emergency maintenance' NOTHING! They said they couldn't call an emergency plumber and I had to wait till morning. I called the Health Dept and made a complaint against them through the BBB. They did a horrible job at cleaning the carpet the next day. They would not evict the tenant above me even when her boyfriend stabbed my boyfriend in the stomach. He was in the hospital for a week cause his intestines came out through his belly button and had to have emergency surgery. Even after that incident this tenant purposely made noise to bother us and she had her boyfriend trash her place. CMPD was called out here 6 times in one night, they did nothing, called the leasing office and said "well her lease is up soon (like 2 months) and she'll be gone then". My car was broken into here. The leasing staff are either ------- or dumbass -------. Maintenance is a joke, they never get anything done. You'd think being by the Arboretum and South Park this is a nice apt complex but its not. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
