Have lived here for 8 years total.
The maintenance crew are as a rule very prompt in fixing problems, but because emergencys have priority , sometime have to remind them, they then jump.
Only problem with noise is the floors aren,t sound proof and you can hear conversations while you lie in bed, which means sometime people complain when you move around if their light sleepers.
Four of us, have had our cars broken into while we lived here, all within two apartment entrances.
We're side by side.
Still like it here, it's no worse then anywhere else.
My only objections are the new renters they give a rent brake, then leave after 6 months, but those who have been here a long time they keep raising the rent[there's no ceiling price].
My rent is close to the cost of a 2 bedroom apt.
but for a 1 bedroom.
