It is best that you drive on by this place when looking for an apartment! This place is horrible! I really wish now that I would of listened to all the reviews I read here. If you love the ghetto and thug life then this is the place for you! Management is a joke. They are very attentive when you walk in to pay another month's rent but as soon as you have a question or complaint, well you might as well talk to one of the walls! They could care less! Did you know there is nothing they can do if your neighbor has loud music? Yes, they can turn the bass and the volume up all day and all night. Let the party begin! Of course they don't want you to call the police or knock on your neighbor's door to complain either. So, you have 2 choices, enjoy the pounding of your walls or shut up! If you do move in, never live on the bottom floor. I have the enjoyment of a 400 pound woman and 300 pound man above me! Ok, so I know they can't discriminate for that but couldn't management have just said "We're sorry, we don't have anything available on the 2nd floor"? It is the most horrible noise you could ever imagine. Well it's the middle of June now and the pool is still not open. And we have 2! The cops are here all the time. lots of break-ins, apartments and cars! There are broke down cars parked everywhere, you have people using their porch fences for drying their clothes, bugs, cob webs everywhere, people killing the geese at the pond, kids screaming and running right through YOUR porch............It's always a lovely day in the neighborhood!
