There are a number of genuine complaints to be made, but I'll start with compliments before providing constructive criticism for an apartment that I've lived in for one year. One thing's certain... I will not renew my lease.

Pros:
All of my maintenance requests have been responded to promptly, and my car has not been broken into.

Cons:
Only 2 trash compactors are available on the entire property (which there are only a couple of the 30-or-so buildings close to). All other residents (90%) are required to load your car with your trash and drive it to be dumped.

Management & maintenance staff has continued to change repeatedly in the year that I've been here. Not one person has been consistent.

Greenery around the standing water in the center of the complex is overgrown - you can no longer walk around the walkway.

There was a home invasion in my building a few months ago.

Apartments are designed so that your view is likely only the parking lot or the back of the building... with not enough windows in general.

The pool did not open until the middle of the summer (water was green until then).

Overall... I simply wouldn't recommend the community.
