If you live at Heatherwoods apts., expect to live in Hell on Earth!! This is the most awful place I have ever lived in my entire life. I WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE!!

I was in the office paying my rent when a tennant came in to say - he locked his apt keys and his phone in his car and he needed to use their phone to call someone. The answer was NO, you cannot use our phone.

Another time, a couple came in to get their apt. They had paid the deposit and app fee. The apt they were promised was given away and they were offered a higher priced apt. The couple said no, thank you, they wanted the one they looked at.


The bottom line - the mamager would not give them another apt and they were told they could not get any of their money back.

That is illegal. Heatherwood is the WORST apt complex ever. EVER!!

When someone say - Go to Hell. Thet really mean, go to Heatherwood Apts.

I think you have to pay to get light bulbs changed - they are not regular screw in bulbs. You need screw drivers and tools to remove the light covers.
