This place was a NIGHTMARE to say the least. I moved here because it was located on providence road, which I thought was a desirable address and the price was good. I am a full-time student who works full-time, so my money is tight. I immediately had a problem when the apartment I was supposed to be moving into WASN'T READY ON MY MOVE IN DAY! They transferred me to a new apartment, which is located down a flight of stairs in an isolated and sheltered area by the woods. Not only was it an inconvenience as I had already changed my address for my mail and other purposes, but I also got charged $50 for not having duke energy turned on in my name because they wouldn't acknowledge that I was living in the new apartment, not the original one as planned. Not only was this NOT my fault in any way, nobody was willing to work with me and help me.

The office staff are horrific. They literally change staff at least once every 3 months so nobody ever knows what is going on or how to help. The maintenance is even more of a nightmare! I had an un-working toilet for 4 months in a one bathroom apartment. I was forced to use the restroom at the nearby exxon station. WTF?! I finally had to get the NC department of health involved as well as a lawyer because they would come in and "fix" my toilet by plunging it, as though I wasn't already doing that.

Overall this place is unacceptable. It is riddled with crime and drugs galore. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything. At my particular apartment, the stairs are connected to my bedroom wall, so if my neighbor comes downstairs it is an extremely loud ordeal. Heaven forbid they come home late, it immediately wakes me up. Where was I supposed to sleep, in the living room?

Move on and never rent from these people. They are only out for your money and could care less about you and your needs.
