I moved in about 2 months ago when a friend of mine recommended the complex. I have really liked it so far. I word downtown, and it is true that there are a lot of UNCC kids in the complex, but they are very nice and not loud. The garages are very nice and the floorplans have a lot of space. The townhome layout is very nice. Maintainence has been speedy.

My only complaints: I was the second person to rent my townhouse, and it was not completely clean when I moved in. Parking is also a bit of a problem if you have more than two cars per unit and live in certain areas.

The walls are thin, but not too much of a problem.

Be sure to talk to management about rent specials. My two bedroom listed for a lot of money, but actually ended up costing me less than a much smaller one bedroom apt in a lot of other area complexes.
