We moved here in July, and we have put up with a band that practices in the middle of the night. And the bad thing is that it is usually quieter than the drunken college kids yelling in the middle of the night. Office staff isn't very friendly, and they're not receptive when you report service problems, etc. You are also roped into paying for Time Warner cable and a security system whether or not you want it. They don't tell you about that until it's time to sign the lease. Garbage overflows and gates are always broken. Neighbors with dogs don't pick up the poop. Definitely NOT worth the expensive rent...will be moving ASAP next July.
