If you like dog crap everywhere move here

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
If you like people who crank up their boom cars at 10:00AM on Sundays (which I love) and dog crap covering every square inch of grass in site (and some sidewalk) then move here.
The entrance gate is ALWAYS broken and the trash bin is ALWAYS overflowing.
You get shafted into getting Time Warner Cable ($39.99 monthly) and stupid security system that you never use ($9.99 monthly) so be prepared to add that to your quoted monthly rental.
Other than that the staff is cool (just got new management). Maintenance guys are alright and you can't beat the location with a stick.
