I've been here since March and have no complaints yet. The gates have been broken a lot, but that doesn't bother me much. I don't think people should be worried about crime because of the gates - even if they worked, people can still just walk past them and get into the complex. And, if you lived in a house, anyone can walk up to your house and break in...you wouldn't have the gates protecting you.

We've had repairs that need to be fixed, it took about a week - but I just figure that other people have repairs too and you have to wait your turn. There is dog poop on the ground, but I don't usually walk in the grass so it doesn't bother me.
Cars are all over, but I have never had a problem finding a space.

My only complaint is that the rent is a little high. But I love the complex and my neighbors!
