Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
The apartment complex was nice when I first moved in about 2 years ago. I enjoyed the great floor plans and the garages. Unfortunately, that is where the positive comments cease. The first manager when I moved had the "smarts" of a brick wall. After having more than a few of my neighbors call the owner, Mike Davis, she vanished and new management took over. In the two years I lived here, this property has been through at least 5 different managers, and the rules have changed each time. Consistency is not something that you will receive if you move here. What you will receive is rude and seemingly incompitent management, no parking, your car towed, loud neighbors, and an expensive rent.
