These aparments are some of the best in the University but beware of the Hollywood "high school cheerleading squad" running the place. If you are not in their little "clique" then they will shamelessly try to walk all over you. They are very sweet when they first meet you but once you sign the lease the really couldn't care less what happens to you. The management is so bad that I know of at least three people, including myself, pursuing lawsuits for various reasons including bogus charges, undocumented pet fees (paying them and then being haggled because there is no record of payment), and verbal abuse. I had heard warnings against the management (which has been changed 3 times in the past year) and thought "I am just a college student and its not like I am going to have to interact with them all that often. I will take the hit for the quality of apartments." Boy was I wrong. I cannot wait to never have to look at any of them again!
