I have never been so happy with a living space, and I hate leaving this place. Maybe it was just our unit but we never had noise problems and the design is excellent. 2 Bedrooms upstairs and living, 1/2 bath, and kitchen downstairs with a garage below that. Well built, great shower pressure; the finishes, carpet and walls are all 'upscale' compared with other rental townhouses and the feel is somewhat spaciaous b/c of the design. We had an end unit facing the outside street, which is where we parked. The only 3 main complaints - 1. There is no upstairs thermostat reading so during extreme hot or cold evenings the unit constantly runs and will not hit a comfortable temp. upstairs and down at the same time. 3. Had to get air filter for a/c and it was constantly wet b/c of how it is built. 2. Really don't care, but the gates were constantly broken, mainly b/c of the few impatient idiots around here. What else - Never saw police cars or block parties. Great mix of backgrounds, during the summer you'll see college, young pro's at the pool, occasionally it looks like a family reunion/public pool use situation but the people are cool. No food pantry in this unit = a/c return / small hot water heater, but plenty of cabinet space to make up. Safe area, great location, if you run, you can hit the greenway 1/5 of a mile up the road at the soccer complex and it is a great running greenway they just finished. They maintain the complex very well and regularly.
