I tried to tour here three times in one day - every time I tried to go in, the office was not there. At one point, I saw a staff member coming in with her arms full of stuff. She walked right by my and shut the door and locked it in my face. Needless to say, I was no longer interested. Definately try across the street - looks the same from the outside, but MUCH nicer people!!!!!
