I currently live at the Highlands now. I created an account just to complain on here. The buildings are not maintained well and poorly constructed. The management is absolutely terrible. Our dishwasher and oven as broke and it's been MONTHS and still no one has fixed it, despite multiple service orders. The front office staff is rude and doesn't care about it's clients at all. I can't wait to move!

VERY unprofessional lazy Staff, between my husband and I we have 25yrs of Customer Service and thy haven't ANY!!!... Oh and one is racist. needless to say we did not move in even after the down payment
