I have lived here, in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment for over 1 1/2 years. I agree that the gates don't work (I suggested taking them out...they don't make it secure anyway, as they let in 3-4 cars per time) and that the office staff is pretty dense, but I must say that I have never had a complaint go unanswered. There was one time that the shower was backed up for over a day, but I figured it was because they had too many things going on that day! THey have been helpful with my noise problems with college kids, and have always greeted me by name! I like it here, and although I am buying a home later this year, I'll have fond memories of my first abode in Charlotte!
