My fiance moved in about 4 months ago...I practically live there myself and have definitely noticed some things that aren't so great. The appartment comes with hideous wall borders in the bathrooms and kitchen...not something a person in their 20's would like! Also, the carpet along with the kitchen and bathroom floors did not look so good when we moved in. Not to mention the parking...that's a bit of an issue. Also, the gates are always broken...they don't really do much when it comes to security. There's a dog poop issue as well...I bring my dog over a few times a week and clean up after him every time...but there's always other dog's poop everywhere! Our balcony looks out onto a parking lot and into our neighboor's appartment...it's not the best place to relax and hang out! We also recently had some maintenace issues as well...the entire hanging rack in my fiance's closet colapsed...it took 3 request for someone to finally come out and put it back up. Other than those things...it's an okay place to live.

Dream on it's your fiance that makes that place worth living @. The staff are straight idiots. Your lovey must not have had any problems yet.
