It was nice when we moved in but them the trashy sorts started moving in. I guess you have to rent to them though. Suddenly there was always fresh broken glass in the parking lot from cars being broken into and apartments got broken into. Of course there was also the rapist running around there 4 or 5 years ago, but luckily he broke into the wrong apartment and got shot in the head. I moved out when they raised my lease by about $100 a month. My girlfriend moved out after her apartment got broken into once and her car twice. Live there if you have to, but otherwise...
