dis here apartment complex iz very ugly. da peeps here iz very mean an' dont know how ta treat they residents. da apartments iz very old, falling apart, an' unsafe. ah hate muh ma ----in hood. ah hate waking up ta gat shots an' coming outside ta see muh ma ----in `64 stolen by da asian gang dat rome da streets o' charlotte late at night. da peeps in da office iz very rude an' dont know how ta treat peeps. carolyn iz one o' da meanest peeps ah gots met in muh ma ----in life, she has uh big but an' uh bad attitude. da price fo' deez apartments iz not worth what dey iz. da toilets dont flush, everything iz crooked, windows wont shut an' dere iz always uh bug problem. nahh one should ever move ta dis here complex. if ya value yo' life an' yo' belongings ah would not move here. brace yourself foo'!

man shut your ignorant ass up, i've been here 5 years and you know damn well there is no shooting over here every night,I have heard 1 gun shot in 5 years and thats was on 4th of july and people always do that dumb ---- on the 4th do me a favor take your triffling ignorant ass back to school a 4th grade education just won't do!!!
