Compared to other apartment communities that I have lived at this one gets a B- rating from me. The front office staff and maintenance are nice. Maintenance is good about getting to your work order in a timely fashion. The grounds are reasonably clean. The problems that exist though are that management will not replace old appliances. I have a dishwasher that has not cleaned properly since day one and maintenance just fix's it up temporarily. A neighbor of mine has the same problem with his dishwasher. The other is the crime rate here. Cars are constantly broken into. I know of a motorcycle that was stolen. I also know of a stabbing outside of my apartment. But management is good about getting rid of the trash element when there is a problem. I have to give them credit for that. At least 2 apts. in my building have been broken into. If you are a pet person, this is the most pet friendly complex that I have ever lived in.
