This place is weak. I live on the third floor- and I am so thankful. Our neighbor on the first floor got broken into, our other neighbors motorcycle got stolen in broad daylight, multiple cars have gotten stolen, the gym (which consists of only a handful of items) are at their end of life, there is never parking close to our apartment late at night so we're forced to park far away and walk, they don't recycle, and the people at the front desk finish their personal phone conversations while you wait for 5-10 minutes to ask a simple question. Plus roomates have to pay with one check which is just annoying. The only redeeming quality is the maintenance staff who will be there to fix things almost right away. You get what you pay for this apartment.
