Wow, where do I start. This place is bar far the worst apartment complex to live. The management old and new don't seem to care about living conditons. If you live at the front of the complex where they demo the area to new possible residents its nice. New paint, new landscape, just over all good eye candy. But once you get to the back its dark, run down and and just plain terrible. No landscape or new hay, siding is falling apart, lights around the hallways are dull or flicker. I had a issue with ants that came from another resident not living in his apartment for a few months and it took management a week to send some one out to spary. Then they try to tell me that it was my fault they were in my apartment. I am a very clean person, and would never food laying around. To top it all of all that ants were in my bedroom closet. There have been to major water leak and pipes brusting since I have been here. Waters stains in my laundry room and in the bathroom. The 2nd leak issue it took management over a hour to get some one to fix it. When that was said and done, I lost my microwave, and toaster oven. And guess what the 33.00 you pay a month for renters insurance that they make it get doesn't cover any of that. Please stay away from this apartment complex if you have kids. Dont give up quality for a cheap price in rent. You get what you pay for! I did, and can't wait to get out of here!
