This is not a good place to live. When you first go to the rent office the management want speak you. She (Jean) look at you like you are nothing. It take the other two woman in the office to speak to you. When someone calls in they never come out to fix any thing. When you ask Jean for the people over her she tell you that she can not give out that information, but you can write a letter and she will give it to them. And you that it will never get to the owner. Jean is always telling people that this is a safe place to live but it is not.I have see children breaking out window. I have had my car broke in to a couple of time. And now Jean can not say that this is the safes place in charlotte to live. There are always giving you different price on things. Pet deposit on the paper that you get from the rent office state that pet deposit are $200.00 and when you go in to pay it there is alawys something different. So if you want to keep your things and you want to be safe don't move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to make a correction. I work in the office and I try very hard to take care of everything that needs to be done. The pet deposit is $200 and always has been $200, unless you have more than one pet, then she might charge $250. And there are breed restrictions, that we might not allow certain types of pets. Our gate will be up soon and it will help things like cars being broken into. You have to keep in mind that this is Charlotte, and looking at the complexes around the area, we ARE one of the better ones in the area. If you live in the complex and you see things happening, please report it, we will take action.

I have been here for three years and I have never had a problem. I come and go at all hours and I feel perfectly safe doing so. My car has never been broken into. The pet deposit is $200, although Jean may charge a slightly higer deposit based on type or number of pets, and she is perfectly within her rights to do this. If you do not want to pay a pet deposit don't have a pet.
