I have lived here at Hunters Pointe for three years and I must say there has been a dramatic improvement in the property. There used to be a big problem with crime and riff-raff on the property but management has taken many steps to cut down on the crime and to keep the troublemaking riff-raff out of the complex. The new security gate should help to keep out unwanted and unwelcome elements. The problem that I had wih roaches was taken care of a long time ago and I haven't seen one since. I know that if I do all I have to do is call the office and I will be put on the next spray schedule. Renovations are being completed in all areas of the complex. Maintenance has improved greatly, both in quality and timeliness. The office is now staffed by a professional staff and I have never had a problem speaking to any of them, even when I was not at my most pleasant. Jean, the office manager, is strict but fair, and if you have an issue she will do what she can within reason to help you out. I have never had to question the honesty of the office staff; what I was being charged and why was always throughly explained to me and there were no surprises. While the apartments are not top notch, I have found worse complexes that charge more than what I pay here. I feel that I am getting a good deal for my money. I am glad that I stayed. Watching this complex grow and become a great place to live is wonderful!
