This complex has been purchased by Advenir real estate and is now advenir at Casa Bella. i have lived at the complex since it was Huntington Park back in 2004 and i must say there has been no real difference in management or the aesthetics of the complex. Kids abound, so does trash, the units are older and in need of much repair. It is not exactly located in the most appealing side of town (East Charlotte has taken a severe nose dive). There have been isolated incidences of crime/vandalism. BUT i must admit, I personally have not had many problems during my stay. I had my moments with the property manager but once it was known that i knew my rights as a tenant and i wasnt going to be "walked over" my issues were remedied rather quickly. my neighbors arent noisy and even though as i mentioned its not in the most desirable neighborhoods, i feel comfortable, as a single woman, walking my dog late at night (and that says alot).
