My family and I have just relocated from NYC this summer and my sister who live at Idlewild apartments recommended us. At first we were a little skeptical since my husband and I were looking a the reviews for a few of the apartment communities in this area but we thought we will give it a try since my sister lives here. Well I am please to say that we are very happy we made this choice, the office staff was very friendly and the manager even mailed us the application package and we did everything over the phone and mail all we did was drive the moving truck to charlotte and they were waiting for us with a ready to move in apartment. I felt a little bad because we got there late (around 6:30pm) and the manager said not to worry that she will wait for us no matter what time. I never in my life seen someone going out of their way to accommodate us the way they did. Over all we are very happy the apt is nice and the kids enjoy the pool and making new friends. We defenetly recommend this community to anyone.
