The great thing about driving through ghettos,is that they are easily recognized for what they are,and you know to steer clear of them. In the case of Summit Creek its a fascade of what you think to be quality living for you and your family. My experience with this complex was stressful and dangerous,I came very close to losing my life,due to the incompetence of its staff. My wife and I are both professionals,I am a radio and tv announcer, and my wife is a payroll specialist ,in management. We paid our rent timely,and and looked out for our neighbors.The management is the worst I have ever experienced,rude,with no sense of fairness about living conditions,such as noise ,overcrowding of units. We at one time had up to twelve to fifteen people living overhead,many illegal imigrants.My car has been broken into twice. This place is the pit of HELL.
