New management is worse than the old management.
The complex had it problems - like any complex. But the office staff had always been nice and tried to serve you to the best of their abilities and they ALWAYS gave you GREAT Notice on occurance of entering your appartment or problems that needed to be resolved.
The new management is NOT this way- Summit Creek has become Johnston Creek Crossing and crossed its way into rudeness. The office staff tends to blame any problem on the old management - even when it has nothing to do with old management. There is no way of reporting maintance issues or any issue afterhours like the old management. If you are unable to stop in between 9 and 6 you are out of luck. And forget it if you have amaintance emergancy- no way to get a hold of anyone.
This new management seems to wait till the last minute for anything- For example the latest - yearly general pest spraying. In past years given about 1 weeks notice. New management - given less than 24 hours to remove all pets, yourself and clean out cabinets.
