Keep looking From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This complex appears nice and quiet on first glance but looks can be very deceiving. The new property management appears to be disorganized in terms of responding to maintenance requests and doesn't do a good job of addressing the loitering problems. I've seen the police out on numerous occasions regarding suspicious people hanging around but the complex has done nothing to address this. About the apartments themselves, the appliances are old, the floors are weak with dents in them and the walls are very thin. And don't be fooled by the low price because they don't pay for water, sewer or garbage and you could be looking at paying $50 for those.
