WE lived here for a year and renewed our lease to another. The place had new carpets on, painted, maintenance was done within 2 days of requested.They spray the place in the spring for bugs so no problem there.It seems safe and have not have problems with safety, although i am in the second floor. Also the lighting on the parking area could be better. The materials inside the apartment are cheap: crapy old vanity and counters appliances (tough they work fine)and lighting, but overall it is a good place to rent, in a great area, close to shopping,groceries,famacy,etc. very convenient.
