i noticed a leak 8/10/07 notifid them before i went to work. the leak is right where the AC unit is stored. granted it was a friday. and it was just a minor stain on ceiling, they came in and looked at it on monday. well i told them on 8/17/07 that the leak was still there but still minor and wanted a recheck. well after hrs, it turned into a full blown stream causing a lake in halway. the maintance worker on call was very rude and upset when he called me back.

maitenance, aweful, they went into my apt for a routine bug spraying and when they left, my apt key and other keys on the ring were hanging in my door knob, i didn't come home till 10:00 at night which means the keys were hanging there all day, fortunately they wern't stolen from neighbors at my unknowing. Maintenance was very rude about the situation and said they would guarantee it would never happen again which is impossible to garantee considering how irresponsible they were the first time. the office assistance manager had nothing to say not even sorry. I wouldn't recommend this apt complex because of how maintence is unreliable and your apt will not be exactly safe in any circumtance.

they've forgotten to lock my door before as well....that was fun coming home to.
