Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
You get what you pay for! Very high in crime(robbery at gun point, apartments broken into, cars broken into, shooting).
I hear the tenants upstairs everytime they just walk from one room to another. Actual look of apartments are ok for the cheap rent but not worth all the drama.
Very G-H-E-T-T-O!
