substandard apartments is an understatement. They are no fans in the bathrooms. The floors have weak spots in them as to where you think you might ACTUALLY fall thru. They request for you to carry insurance but when my house was broken into that insurance was absolutely no help.... The locks are not very secure on your front door or your patio door. There are not enough parking spaces here sometimes you have to park in another lot to get home and that is not safe with the people breaking into your cars and robbing you and your persons while you are trying to get home from a long days work.... I just say if you have the time do your homework before you rent here this apartment complex is located right in the middle of a high crime area...(they wont tell you that when you ask to rent)

Did you ever ACTUALLY fall through the floor? Did you (or your persons) ever get robbed when you had to park outside the complex? Was your car broken into? Or were you just scared the whole time that these things might happen.
You said your house was broken into. Did you mean your apartment was broken into while you lived there, or did you have a house at some other time, and since the insurance you had then didn't help, you didn't want to buy insurance after that?
It sounds like you were scared a lot of the time while you lived there, and that's not good of course, but I see little in your complaints that are the direct responsibility of the apartment management.
