I would not recommend it!

The day that I was to move in I showed up at 9 in the morning ready to unload my truck. As soon as I got there they called me and asked me can I move in in the afternoon as they had not yet cleaned my carpet. Uh, no! I paid people to help me move and rented a truck. I had to have all my stuff moved in and pushed against the walls and they cleaned around it. Thus I had a wet carpet for several hours. They did compensate me with $100 off my rent though.
Kimmerly Glen was constantly getting bills mixed up. I paid my rent on time every month and water was billed thru them. U set up electricity on your own. So why did I receive a letter saying they would not accept my rent because they were being billed for my electricity' They told me they were going to take me to court if I did not pay the bill plus late charges for the rent they did not accept. I had copies of all my receipts to Duke Energy and showed them. They did not even offer an apology.
The parking is horrible. I had to park in a poorly lit space a far distance away from my apt most of the time. The small pool is a nice convenience when the unsupervised children from the surrounding neighborhoods are not all over the place.
The security guard was constantly sleeping in his vehicle instead of patrolling. And there is no fan in the bathroom for ventilation.
