Lake Hill Apartments

Comfortable From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have been living at Lake hill for 2 years. I must admit the community lake is not the most beautiful but i think this community has a charm to it. I have never experienced people hanging around at night and to tell you the truth it is a quiet neighborhood. I feel safe. Its a good deal for the location. I do not live in the apartments but im sure whatever complaints residents may have about people stomping around is nothing unusual when it comes to apartment living. However at Lake Hill a side by side townhome is almost always available. I can tell you what i feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot when i do any out of town traveling and feel a sense of relief when i enter the community from a long day at work. Oh and as for maintenance i have never had a problem with there timing in responding to any complaints or concerns. Management has been kind in answering questions and or easing any concerns i may have had also...
