Lakeside Sucks! New Management Sucks More! If you Like poor customer service with a bad attitude then great.Never available always out on lunch. If you want a good nights rest for you and or your kids you'll hate the sounding of the late night train. My car was also broken into and then my neighbors. Nasty color coordinated letters for silly things. Silly is if your bills are current and you have to deal with "it's the system".Between Trafficing and nosey maintainace you'll wonder why your going Bananas wanting to break your lease agreement.If that wont try getting your water cut off mid day for construction,or an water pipe burst and just because. If you want to be nickled and dimed to death They'll kill you. Finding new ways to get your money is their motive. New office management sucks! Too Much money for alot of nothing. You can do alot better. Hope your car doesnt get towed like the new people that just moved in.One last word ROACHES!!!

I live in Lakeside and some of what you say is true.One of the young ladies in the office has a sever attitude problem, but I have learned how to go around her, I just call and ask to speak to a specific person. The water main break was a pain, they didn't tell anyone why the water was off, and for how long, I had to go buy bottle water, heat in on the stove, to wash up so I could go to work...I pay my rent and water on time every month so that I don't see those notes that they love to send. I must also say that the utilities are low, and every time that I have called maintenance they have come promptly,and as far as cars being towed if you need any paperwork on your car, and if it doesn't have a parking sticker for lakeside on it,it will be towed. As far as noise I live in the back, and the train passing by is as loud as it gets. I'm a full time student, with a full time job and I study at all hours without a problem. As far a roaches, I DON'T HAVE THEM! If you do, you need to call the office ASAP!
