All in all, I have been treated well, I have nice neighbors, and the staff has been helpful when I needed them. Everytime I make a maintenace request, it is completed in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and always speak when I see them. I am a single woman and I have never felt like I lived in a 'bad neighborhood' or felt in danger. I have lived in this community for apprx 2 years and its ok... nothing too fancy, but it def not run down either. However, the walls are a little thin so you can sometimes hear your neighbors sometimes, but the price is great and you get what you pay for! The apartments could have a little more storage, but I just shop alot so that could be my problem... anyway, the apt complex is cute and it a good value for your money!
