I have lived at the Landing for 5 years now, and it was once a great place to live. Now it has gone severely down hill. There is no place to park, cars are broken into, loud neighbors, loud geese, a filthy swamp-like pit is a visual nightmare. There are goose droppings everywhere. The "fitness facility" doesnt even exist anymore. There used to be a sauna, not anymore. I mean this place sucks! And the rent just keeps on going up. The bugs, please dont get me started on that. It is not roaches, but I have never seen so many spiders, ants, silverfish, waterbugs. You name it, they have it! I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I didn't even touch on the staff, I just dont have the strength to go there!

I know. We will not even mention the staff. I try not to make things personal. Your honest review is more than enough said. You are not lying. We are experincing the same thing. There is a hairy half spider half I do nto know WHAT creature that runs really fast and comes out at night. We have all been stung by these things. WE ARE NOT LYING.
